I’m here to take back my back my responsibility, but it won’t be cheap!
“The United States is in a troubled mess and this mess was made by me the American People who allowed the so-called political bodies and government bureaucrats since FDR to usurp the Constitution. The Constitution that limits government growth and involvement in the lives of the People and the States here United. Some of this mess was made on purpose by these politicos in order to gain power from and over the Peoples of these United States who they perceived as not paying attention to their devious means and the other part was created by well-meaning but misled individuals who want good things to happen in our country but never examined the overall consequences of their actions and unduly burdening the American people and stifling the economic engine that drives it. Many of these well meaning persons were misled by teachers and college professors who have embraced collectivism and communism, an enemy to the Constitution and the Capitalism that drives the most successful economic engine ever devised to the point of seizing the educational system to further their own beliefs. Teaching what was their judgment and belief for truth. Now we see where all this has led America. In the not too distant future we will see yet another round of bank failures and foreclosures of homes and businesses. Interest rates will raise or deflation which is worse will overtake us weakening every area of life as we know it. We have now seen for the first time in our history the devaluing of our economic system. How long are we going to put up with this America? How long are you going to stand for the wool to be pulled over your eyes and be made fools by those in Washington and other political bodies who live as kings and queens on our backs? I need to remind you it is “We the People” that have the REAL Responsibility of Government and not the Representatives who have usurped their rightful place in how this Government operates. These politicos are Treasonous for not holding in regard the Constitution which limits their power, seeking to gain power over the People by redistributing the wealth of some to the masses creating a recipient class that will follow for the free hand outs, purposely keeping them ignorant for their own gain.
The United States of America has been and but is barely now the greatest country in the world that history has ever witnessed. We have the most blessed land mass on the planet, we have the most inventive, most productive peoples on the planet, and we have most of the world’s greatest resources and true we are the most generous people on the face of the earth. However you are constantly told that you should feel guilty by reason of your birth. That you have been blessed by so much that you should feel guilty and plunder your own land, your own resources, and your own labor for the good of the world. Yet with all that we have taken on in that false mandate we have performed beyond anyone’s dream. But then we are told again that it is not enough; that the others need in the world far outweigh our desires and we should be more willing to work harder and give up more so they (the so called elitist politicos) can direct our wealth, our work, our power to others in the world and yet they become richer in dubious manner. We keep pouring more and more of our funds into coffers that never have an end…until we see we have nothing more to give. Ah…but they came back and say “but we will borrow so you can give more…after all we will mortgage your future work to pay for it.” The so-called leaders first talked in thousands, then in millions, then billions and now in trillions. You who keep supporting such foolishness have mortgaged not only your work for the rest of your life but the work of your children and grandchildren for their entire lifetime and that is if they borrow no more from this point on. They have put you into bondage and you have not even seen it. They have put your children and grandchildren in bondage and you do not care so long as you get your due, so long as you are cared for. What is due? It is the promise from the politicos and the bureaucrats that if you give them your labor in the form of your money they will hang on to it and build this nest egg for you to retire on. They have lied to you and to me and “We the People” are suppose to shrug and say, “Oh well what are we to do?” and continue to allow them to lie to us and all is well…when it does not take a smart person to see that they are most all liars and thieves and those who are not are impotent and have allowed them who have stolen your wealth and made you feel as though you have no self esteem, someone to be made feel worthless and guilty for the place of their birth and the natural riches that are here for their benefit. They have made promises in your name that neither you nor they can keep and they will continue to do so unless “We the People,” you and me put a stop to it.

So this is my proposal:
They have made the promise to us that when we turn 62 or 65 we may retire with social security benefits. I have known for over a decade and half that the benefits they’ve promised will not be there when I arrive. I also know that these treasonous bastards that made these promises made sure that their retirement was more than lucrative and secure and many of them have since retired and are at this minute living off of what they promised themselves at our expense. They are going to come to you and me and tell us that the only thing we can do is sacrifice more of our labor in order to save the system and even though deep down I don’t believe in the social security system as it now is, many of you are depending on it being there for your use. The one thing that John Galt taught me was to value my worth and my work. And because I value my work and your work…I with your help will not just passively hand over my labor for them to continue to squander once again. I propose that “We the People,” you and I band together as we have in the recent past through the Tea Party and similar groups and make the following pledge.
I pledge five to seven more years of my labor to help the system survive and to rectify the wrong doing by my own negligence in government affairs which allowed the Congress, politicos and bureaucrats of the United States to usurp the Constitution. I will not put a claim on my government right to Social Security and/or Medicare until such time as I am 70 or 72 years of age, unless I fall ill or disabled and become unable to support myself before such a time as previously stated and then I will place my claim to the original amounts that I am due by the government promised before this pledge was made.
For my labor I hereby declare my right and my claim as an owner and participator in the governance of these United States afforded me by the Constitution of the Founding Fathers by which it was formed. The Congress and/or any prevailing governing body of the United States will have to perform as this governing body of U.S. Citizenry proclaims the following demands:

The Congress and the governing bodies will return to a Constitutional Government as the Founding Fathers intended and will have no more power than the 18 remunerated powers afforded it by the Constitution. The Bridle of the U.S. Congress will be set by the Constitution and the Judicial and Executive Branches of the Government at the cost of Imprisonment for its failure to ensure check and balance that we maintain a Constitutional Government.
The Social Security – Medicare System as it is presently is an impossible system to maintain and needs to be totally revamped in order to supply help for our senior citizenry and those truly unable to take care of themselves going forward, being mindful of the promises made to those who are or who will be entering into the system over the next 15 to 25 years and the help that they will need. Making sensible adjustments to any system used to help those who cannot help themselves due to illness and age.
The U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch will pass a law that takes away all exemptions from those in the Government and will guarantee that the Congress and Executive, Judicial Branches for all past, present and future laws will not make themselves exempt in any way, shape or fashion.
The U.S. Congress will come to a consensus for Rules of Operation that will be the governing rule in the House and Senate no matter which party is in power and gives no greater power to one party over the other in the realm of operation except for the number of representatives. None of these rules may be changed in the future without prior consent of the electorate. This will prevent the shenanigans currently past off as normal operations of government.
The United States Congress will do away with the fraud of Baseline budgeting and will begin to balance the budget of the United States to its revenues. They will do this by several means;

The 16th Amendment will be permanently repealed and abolished forever and no tax will ever be collected by the Government on Income in a Progressive manner, which is inherently unfair to the citizenry.
A Consumption tax of no more than 23% will be collected on all sales of goods except those goods for food, clothing and housing and all tax regulation including all deductions as well as all other tax will be abolished forever.
A company’s profit with a limit to the number of years in a row that a company can claim a loss for operations which can be manipulated to show loss forever, will be taxed at a rate of no more than 10% of earnings.
Therefore most of the worker liability for the IRS will be laid-off over time meaning no more than five years and the department will be regularly scrutinized from a committee or committees from the House of Representatives as to its annual operations and that the members of the said committee will except the full responsibility of its oversight to the determent of lawful imprisonment should they default in its oversight and furthermore, it will have the IRS subject itself to annual audits that will be used to find fraud, waste and abuse, which will see immediate correction of said fraud, waste and abuse. The IRS will balance its books and be certified through the use of Certified Accounting Firms as such each and every year without fail lest the department heads including the appointed cabinet member and/or the congressional oversight committee be punished up to and including fine and imprisonment. They will be held accountable.
Employees of the IRS will not have unbridled access to the citizenry to torment, harassment, abuse or act unlawfully; treating one class of citizenry different from the other; it will be called the Geitner/Daschle Act. If any action by the employees of the IRS is found to use to initiate action against another due to political persuasion or retribution of wealth all offending parties including the employee, their supervisors and the politico establishing such direction will suffer punishment up to and including fine and imprisonment.
The Department of Education will be fully dismantled since the department was unlawfully formed in the first place and the responsibility of education of the children and its monies will return to the states and/or local governance. All employees of this department will be laid-off over a period of three years and the funds as such collected by the U.S. Congress for support will cease.
The Department of Energy will be fully dismantled since it was unlawfully formed by over stepping its remunerated powers as stated in the U.S. Constitution. It has failed its original mandate and order; thereby proven its un-usefulness to the citizenry. All employees will be laid-off within Four years.
The President of the United States may appoint a cabinet that is sanctioned by the Congress; however, the President may not appoint Czars and/or any other entity of oversight and responsibility without consulting the Constitution and passing their appointment through the clearance of the U.S. Congress. No salary may be paid from the treasury of the U.S. for non voted or appointed personnel that are used as an advisor to the President.
The U.S Government shall work within the bounds of its revenues and balance the budget every year with no deficit spending being allowed. In the years that the revenues exceed the budget the government will not increase its spending to the limit of revenue but rather will place back those extra revenues into a raining day fund to be used in future short falls of revenue that are normal cycles to the economy.
The Federal Government will fully protect its borders from illegal immigrants entering the U.S. soil. Any illegal immigrant will not be afforded any free medical care, education, or citizenship and no child born of an illegal immigrant will be afforded citizenship by right for its place of birth if its parents are in the country illegally. All illegal immigrants will be given one year to vacate U.S. soil without legal action of punishment including fine, deportation and/or imprisonment with future bar of entrance to the U.S. The Department of Immigration will be given funds and immediate mandates to change the rules of immigration which would allow easier access to citizenship to the U.S. either on work visa, migrant worker or permanent citizenship. All immigrants will be required to learn the English language and customs of the U.S. and be subject to U.S. law only to be fully assimilated into the present culture of the U.S. Multi-culturism has been found to be detrimental to the country’s assimilation of the immigrant population and therefore all programs as such will end immediately within the U.S. borders and territories.
The Governments of these United States will hold free and fair elections and all peoples participating within the voting system will be required to show identification that they are eligible to vote.
The Defense of the Country and its borders is one of the main tenants of the Constitution. However, much fraud, waste and abuse is rampant throughout the defense system. The over-sight committees and there assigns will be solely responsible in auditing this department and any wrong doing by its personnel within this department and/or its oversight entities will be held accountable up to and including fine and imprisonment.
The U. S. Congress will not allow any agency of the government (i.e. OSHA, EPA, DOT DOL etc) to establish such regulations that would infringe on the Constitution of the U.S. and its precept of private property.
The U. S. Congress and the presidency will not be allowed to Campaign for office until one year before the established voting is to take place. An incumbent Congressman or Congresswoman may not campaign for another office without vacating the office that is held by the congressman or woman. Meaning if you are a Representative you may not run for President or Senator without resigning the post you now hold. It is unfair to the American People for the work of the People is not being done during the campaigns which make the People suffer the support burden of the politico while campaigning.
All Farm subsidies will be ended along with other corporate welfare.
No borrowed monies will be given to foreign governments for support.

Don’t Let Down the Your Guard

One thing that always seems to happen to Americans this time every year. We pack up the Christmas decorations and put them away and along with our personal baggage and upsets from last year…wanting to make a new start. Winter makes us lethargic. We want to hibernate for the most part, especially this winter being one of the coldest on record in twenty years for most of the world.

As you’ve seen on my facebook One Big Ass Mistake America is continuing to prove he is a liar just as I reported for the last two years.

We cannot give up the fight! We must stay on message with great intention and purpose. We the People are a like the married couple who woke one day to find out that marriage takes work on both sides in order to maintain the relationship. Trouble is we had become so lethargic that someone came into our relationship and was trying to steel away our spouse.

Socialist have come into our great Christian tenant based mindset and played it against us. Telling us we need to take care of the poor, we need to make sure everyone is educated; we need to make sure all have work. All those things are good and right BUT not through permanent handouts except to those who truly cannot make it on there own due to physical and mental issues, and laziness and manipulation do not/should not count. And these things should not happen through Government mandates. We need to stick up for the little guy and we need to make sure that discrimination against Race, creed, religion or sexual orientation doesn’t occur, but that doesn’t mean that they get a pass or that they get everything they want.

Discrimination in many cases is good and keeps us safe both personally and socially too. There is no way one can dismiss innate discrimination. You may over-ride it and shape it but it will always be there, it is part of our ‘fight or flight’ mechanism, part of our psychic.

We should discriminate against ILLEGAL ALIENS not immigration. Why because they are here illegally. I asked Senator Bond now for many years this question; “What is it about the word Illegal as used in Illegal Alien that you and the rest of congress do not understand?” I have yet to receive an answer.

It is ILLEGAL by the Constitution for our government to provide Health Care and many other things it is doing but we can’t focus there yet. We need to stay focused on this Health Care initiative or they will steel our spouse and we will wake up deeply in debt and with neither country we do not like nor want.

My Views on Changes in Congressional Operations by Mike Brummett

I have often pondered a set up like this:

- No more running for election

- Switch to a system that is more like jury duty

- No record of mental illness or criminal history – you are qualified

- Put your name in the hat and volunteer.

- Every 6 years a new name is drawn

- “Don McNulty, your name has been drawn to come to DC and serve as your districts representative.

- Don represents his district in Washington. He is provided with reasonable pay, but no limo’s or learjets. He is provided with reasonable housing and his kid’s must attend the local public schools.

- Don’s employer is required by law to give him his old job back when he is finished serving, at whatever the new rate of pay is, adjusted for inflation and such.

- Don is required to continue to live in his district for a minimum of 6 years after his service is finished.

- Don may not accept money, donations, gifts or campaign contributions during his time in office or afterwards. If he does – 10 years in prison, no early realease, etc.

- Lobbying would be allowed, but any lobbyist offering gifts or money goes to prison for 10 years too. In fact, the rep that took his bribe should be his cellmate while serving time.

- Since Don does not have to run for re-election, he can actually get some real work done FOR HIS COMMUNITY while he serves. He doesn’t have to look good on TV, or have a staff of writers to put ‘spin’ on things. He can ignore popularity polls, and he can answer constituents questions and concerns truthfully and without fear.

There are far too many career politicians that only look out for one person- themselves! They spend 75% of their time trying to get re-elected so they can keep all the cushy perks and then retire with a pension for life and health care that covers 100% of anything they want.
They don’t represent their constituents. Their votes belong to the lobbyists that “donate” the most money and/or ‘gifts’ to them.

It is time to get back to a form of government that is BY ALL THE PEOPLE AND FOR ALL THE PEOPLE rather than the elite bunch of wealthy attorneys that run everything that the high-dollar rich lobbyists want them to.

Keep voting for stuff like President, the Senate and such. In fact the PEOPLE should be the ones that get to vote on Supreme Court nominees and also whether their representatives get a pay raise or not.

But switch to a jury-duty type of system for the House of Representatives.

Do that and you would TRULY see CHANGE. The REAL DEAL, not the idealistic rhetoric spewed out by our currently eloquent, but impotent Chief Executive.

New Book – Rich Dad’s Conspiracy of the Rich

I have been reading my new book stated in the title. It is one I highly recommend, as I do all of the Rich Dad books in the series. The opening of Chapter 3 is powerful.

Wow…this book was written to teach us how money works in the world today. If you really want to know how to make and keep more of your money then read this book. If you want a great explanation of economics, then read Thomas Sowell’s book Basic Economics. If One Big Ass Mistake America is allowed to continue his socialist ways we’re in for a bumpy ride. Hold on.

Obama’s Race Card and Failed Presidency

This Czar thing is going a little too far. Obama is trying to circumvent a constitutional vetting system. We need to elimenate any Czars from serving the president and I don’t care if past Presidents have had Czars…Obama has shown us that it isn’t a good thing and has abused his office and authority. Now we need to nix it for good. NO President should be allowed to have Czars from this point forward. I am sooo Flippin tried of Ex Carter. This playing the race card isn’t going to fly. He is so full of shit his eyes are brown. We have a bad President just like Carter was (the last Democrat I voted for) and we’ll have to live with that decision for years to come. Good news he’ll only be a one term dude. I’m sick of politicians. My belief that everyone of them is corrupt in one way or another.

The Current Governmental Crisis with the Presidency, Socialism and Communism falls to the Failure of Our Educational System!

What a fight. I never once thought in my wildest dreams that I would ever see the United States of America come this close to becoming a socialist/communist country. We have seen incremental advances toward this movement in recent years but it took Barack Hussein Obama to fester it to the surface. This fight isn’t at all about health care per se it is about saving the very fabric of our Constitution and our American way of life and what got us to this place in history. This cross roads of where we find ourselves today in great peril of seeing our Republic destroyed as we know it falls on the shoulders of our educational system. Today it starts in Kindergarten but its roots started years ago in the 70′s and 80′s at the college level where professors were allowed to espouse socialist and communistic views to our children. Fast forward to today. In our schools children are not taught about how great America is as a Country in the world. They are taught that America has 5% of the world’s population and consumes 25% of its resources. No one ever explains what we as Americans do with the 25% of resources and I really doubt that our teachers have the intelligence it takes to have that knowledge. We are the most generous nation that the World has ever seen. We help more people, in more countries than any nation in history. We take that 25% and turn it into abundance for ourselves and every other nation willingly to listen, learn and except our help. Our children are never taught how Capitalism is the best system of economics the world has ever seen, because the teachers do not understand economics. By the time our kids get out of high school they should have a clean grasp on why capitalism works and why it is the very best system. Our teachers can’t teach financial literacy because they themselves are ignorant in the subject. True dyed in the wool Environmentalist is the enemy of the state. Oh everyone wants a clean environment, but their draconian regulations on commerce and the population in general our detrimental to our existence. Ninety percent of farmers in parts of California are starving for water because of a little fish is believed to be endangered. Right here in Blue Springs, MO (hometown of David Cook) we have teachers in elementary school teaching that the world is close to its end and global warming will kill us all if their parents don’t do something. Just 15 years ago the halls of our schools were lined with projects from students concerning global cooling. The weather cannot be predicted accurately for next week, yet these $%^%&* teachers are espousing what the world will look like over the next ten years due to global warming. Prove it dumb-@#$. For every kook you can bring forward to espouse your point; I can bring two with greater credentials who can prove an opposite view. Al Gore doesn’t count as an expert he’s set up to make billions off of Cap and Trade. Yet you didn’t know that did you? Does Blue Springs and the surrounding are schools (except KC and a few others) teach well. If you look at these schools for the curriculum they have the answer would be yes. But they have failed totally in teaching the most important part of education. Therefore, we end up with a self-deprecating self-loafing society looking for answers that have already been answered. Show me ONE country who has tried socialism/communism and been successful. I dare you!

Inglorious Bastards is NOT Just the Name of a Movie!

This morning, the Investors Business Daily pointed out that on page 65 of HR
3200 the House’s health care reform bill, and also in the Senate bill,
stands a $10 billion entitlement for union pension funds. Entitled
“Reinsurance Programs for Retirees,” it is aimed at Voluntary Employee
Benefit Associations (VEBA), which is a union fund.

Interestingly, Unions gave $52 million to the Democrats in the last
election. It appears that the deal was made and now the Dems must
reciprocate on the quid pro quo!

In May, Obama appointed Dennis Hughes, president of the AFL-CIO in N.Y. as
interim head of the N.Y. office of the Federal Reserve. His qualifications
are a degree from the Harry Ardsdale School of Labor Studies at Empire State
College.

Perhaps an email or call to your favorite senator or congressman is in order
just to let them know that we are watching them and expect them to just vote
no to this provision!

Death of an Opponent

I woke up today to the news of the death of a political opponent, Senator Kennedy from Massachusetts. I am sad for his family, it seems they loved him very much, but I can’t say from a political stance I am personally saddened. All of us hate death and in reality I don’t wish it on very many people, even though you might hear me make comments for shock value. If you have an enemy, someone who you are diametrically opposed to most of everything they stand for and everything they do publicly, when they get out of the way, you rejoice. It doesn’t really matter how they leave as long as they are not martyred. A martyr can do more damage to your cause dead than they can alive. So my sincere condolences to the Kennedy family and friends, I hate you have to morn the death of your loved one. But as we move forward as conservatives our foe is gone from the battle field and we should take advantage of his absence at his self-proclaimed post. Kennedy and others like him should be poster boys of terms limits.

Letter to Barbara Boxer as written by Jim Hill

Many saw Barbara Boxer as she admonished a brigadier general because he addressed her as “ma’am” and not “Senator” before a Senate hearing. This letter is from a National Guard aviator and Captain for Alaska Airlines. I wonder what he would have said if he was really angry?

Dear Senator Boxer,

You were so right on when you scolded the general on TV for using the term, “ma’am,” instead of “Senator”. After all, in the military, “ma’am” is a term of respect when addressing a female of superior rank or position. The general was totally wrong. You are not a person of superior rank or position. You are a member of one of the world’s most corrupt organizations, the U.S. Senate, equaled only by the U.S. House of Representatives. Congress is a cesspool of liars, thieves, inside traders, traitors, drunks (one who killed a staffer, yet is still revered), criminals, and other low level swine who, as individuals (not all, but many), will do anything to enhance their lives, fortunes and power, all at the expense of the People of the United States and its Constitution, in order to be continually reelected. Many democrats even want American troops killed by releasing photographs. How many of you could honestly say, “We pledge our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor”? None? One? Two? Your reaction to the general shows several things.

First is your abysmal ignorance of all things military. Your treatment of the general shows you to be an elitist of the worst kind. When the general entered the military (as most of us who served) he wrote the government a blank check, offering his life to protect your derriere, now safely and comfortably ensconced in a 20 thousand dollar leather chair, paid for by the general’s taxes. You repaid him for this by humiliating him in front of millions.

Second is your puerile character, lack of sophistication, and arrogance which borders on the hubristic. This display of brattish behavior shows you to be a virago, termagant, harridan, nag, scold or shrew, unfit for your position, regardless of the support of the unwashed, uneducated masses that have made California into the laughing stock of the nation.

What I am writing, Senator, are the same thoughts countless millions of Americans have toward Congress, but who lack the energy, ability or time to convey them. Under the democrats, some don’t even have the 44 cents to buy the stamp. Regardless of their thoughts, most realize that politicians are pretty much the same, and will vote for the one who will bring home the most bacon, even if they do consider how corrupt that person is. Lord Acton (1834 – 1902) so aptly charged, “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Unbeknownst to you and your colleagues, “Mr. Power” has had his way with all of you, and we are all the worse for it.

Finally Senator, I have a title too. It is “Right Wing Extremist Potential Terrorist Threat.” It is not of my choosing, but was given to me by your Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano. And you were offended by “ma’am”? Have a fine day.

Please circulate this to remind every voter that the “cesspools” MUST be pumped out when we go to the polls in November, 2010. Honoring and respecting the voters is a thing of the past for many of those in our congress and senate.
